Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Rymote LLC ("Rymote", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit rymote.io, contact us, or use our consulting and software development services.

4. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Inquiry correspondence is kept for up to 2 years. Contract and billing records are kept for 7 years to satisfy United States tax and accounting requirements.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission (TLS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA.
Visitors from the EU/EEA and UK: we process personal data on the legal bases of contract performance, legitimate interests, and legal obligation. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
